The explanations of different concepts of learning are called theories and approaches towards the learning process. The
difference of concepts is based on interpretations of learning rather than the definition of learning. Five major learning theories: behaviorists,
humanists, cognitivists, social cognitivists and constructivists exist, which explore the process of learning. In this paper, the concept maps of all
these theories will be discussed separately. The overarching linkages between the theories shown in the concept maps will also be explained.
