Abstract

A young female patient presented to the Emergency Department with complains
of headache, photophobia and seizure suggestive of viral or bacterial encephalitis/meningitis.
After examination and multiple investigations, the patient was found to have autoimmune limbic
encephalitisrelated to Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies.
